Your family legacy trustee will be identified on this trip to work with Mark and his team over the next year to customize a roadmap and develop a family legacy book. There will be bi-weekly one-hour sessions to gather and define through videos, artifacts, pictures, and stories, the values and legacy of your family. This family gift can be expanded and enriched over time… through many decades and generations.

Villa Caletas offers various suite options as well as standard rooms.

Welcome to Costa Rica!
At Juan Santamaria International Airport, you will be met by a private bilingual driver who will guide you to a modern air-conditioned transport vehicle. A welcome package of snacks and beverages greet you on the vehicle as you buckle in for the 1.5 hrs. drive to your luxury accommodations.
Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by your personal Adventure Tours concierge who will assist your group with check-in and provide you with all the communication you need during your amazing journey.
Option #1 - Crocodile Mangrove Tour:
With the convergence of three ecosystems – river, swamps, and the Pacific Ocean – the mouth of the Tarcoles river draws an incredible variety of wildlife to a uniquely concentrated area. Morning and afternoon crocodile tours are available. You can choose the schedule that best fits your needs.
Option #2 - Kayak Snorkeling Tour:
Shimmering waters, lush fauna, gorgeous views and indigenous wildlife await you on this exciting excursion.
No experience is necessary! This kayak tour is open to experienced kayakers and adventurous first-timers alike.
Option #1 - Los Suenos Canopy Tour:
One of the most popular tours in Costa Rica, this tour gives you the chance to fly through the canopy of the primary rainforest. From the top-of-the-line safety equipment and certified guides, to the spectacular rainforest views from the elevated platforms nestled in the canopy, our canopy tour is incredible fun.
Option #2 - Monkey Mangrove Tour:
Our Costa Rica Monkey Mangrove Tour gets guests up close and personal with the curious white -faced capuchin monkeys. The serene boat ride eases through their home in a dense mangrove forest.
Set off in a shaded tour boat with an experienced guide. As you glide deeper into the verdant wetlands, you slip past banks with tangles of red, green, black and white mangrove roots.
Free Day & Dinner with Mark:
This is your free day. Your assigned concierge can help you shop at the best souvenirs stores in Jaco.
For this day, a dinner with Mark Candler is scheduled in one of the most luxurious restaurants in the area - Mirador Restaurant at Villa Caletas. This restaurant offers a cultivated culinary experience, either in its graceful indoor dining space or along a colonial-style veranda with ocean views.
Option #2 - Manuel Antonio National Park:
Explore lush tropical terrain teeming with rainforest animals and discover pristine Costa Rican beaches on this exclusive one-day private tour that pairs you with your own dedicated personal naturalist guide.
Option #1 - 4 Hour ATV Tour:
Following expert driving instruction from our knowledgeable, bilingual guides, your group will climb onto your ATVs and take off on your epic, 4-hour ATV tour.
Experience kilometers of rainforest, beach views, incredible waterfalls, and exciting thrills with your own personal ATV guide.
Once settled in the hotel, you can take the opportunity to enjoy shopping and culinary delights as the boutique shops and high-end restaurants are all right outside the door.
Mark will join you for your last dinner of the trip at restaurant Tintos y Blancos - Escazú’s most acclaimed restaurant.
Shopping & Wrap Up Dinner with Mark:
The day before your flight you will travel back towards the airport and to Costa Rica’s most posh shopping and cuisine district - Escazú. You and your family will spend your last night in one of the most luxurious hotels in the city - the Residence Inn by Marriott.
